Hello! I have received a letter from exhibition attendees about the problems of exhibition. And so I want to ask for some advice to handle the case.
There are three problems. The first one is registration. The attendees cannot log in the registration system as the server of the registration is overloaded. The second one is overcrowding in the exhibition room. The last problem is shortage of print materials related to exhibition products. Do you have any advice for those problems?

Dear Ms Kong,
Recently, I have received some complaints of the exhibition from the attendees. Therefore, I would like to provide the causes and suggestions of the problems.
1. Online registration
The first problem is about the online registration .The attendees cannot log in the registration system as the server of the registration is overloaded. It is because we cannot predict there are so many applicants. Therefore, we have choose a server with small size compared to the others.
We suggest that we should increase the servers capacity in the future. Also, we need to tell the applicants to register later if they cannot log in.
2. Overcrowding
The second problem is about the overcrowding of exhibition room. The exhibition room is too small for our exhibition. The lack of space led to serious overcrowding in the venue, particularly at peak visiting times.
We suggest that we should choose a large-sized business conference to make sure there is enough space for attendees to visit our exhibition.
3. The shortage of print materials
The third problem is the shortage of print materials related to exhibition products. Some attendees concern that they are unable to take away leaflets on interesting products since all the leaflets had been taken.
We suggest that we can increase the quantity of leaflets from 7000 to 10000.
Please approve for our suggestions whether it works.

Dear Michael,
I have received and read your advice already. I think the first and third suggestions are very useful since it can improve our efficiency and satisfy the customers.
However, for the second problem, I concern that it may cause a large cost for a bigger exhibition room. If the price is too high, it may not be a good solution due to our limited budget. But if the price is acceptable, it would be a great advice.
